Understanding Your Usage Responsibility
We provide the platform and tools. You own your account and the usage it generates. The brief summary below explains how that responsibility works so there are no surprises — and so you can keep your costs predictable from day one.
By using Perfect Follow Up, you agree to the following:
You pay for what your system uses
- Data usage charges for calls, texts, email, and AI are billed to your account.
- These usage fees are your responsibility, not ours.
Keeping an eye on usage
We give you the tools to stay in control:
- Monitor your account usage in your dashboard
- Review your billing for accuracy
- Set up usage and budget alerts
- Adjust configurations to manage costs
We provide the tools — staying on top of them is the smart move.
Configuration and cost control
Any setup that increases data usage or adds compliance-related fees is tied to your account. Adjusting your configurations is the best way to keep costs where you want them.
What we don't cover
We can't refund unexpected usage charges or cover billing that results from your own configuration choices. We're happy to help you understand and reduce them — but the usage itself is yours.
A few habits that help
- Check your usage regularly
- Turn on budget alerts early
- Review detailed billing reports
- Ask us if a charge isn't clear — we'll explain it
In short
You're responsible for the usage your account generates, and charges can add up based on how the system is used. We're here to help you understand and manage it.

Required acknowledgment before we run your campaign
To run any outreach campaign, you must confirm and accept the following:
- Legal contact permission: the contacts you supply can be lawfully contacted under the appropriate marketing permissions (a prior business relationship or documented opt-in consent). Without this, we cannot run the campaign.
- Usage & data costs: you are responsible for the direct communication costs the campaign generates — calls, texts, email, and AI usage — billed to your account at the rates above.
- A2P 10DLC registration: carrier and campaign registration fees ($14–$40 per attempt plus $2–$15/month) may apply and are your responsibility.
Applying starts a 30-day trial of the $297/month plan. Days 1–30: we run your first 50-lead reactivation campaign free — no charge. Day 31: your first $297 is billed and the Growth Engine (Step 2) turns on. Cancel anytime before day 30 to avoid the charge.
